North West England Call Centre

One of FOC clients in the north west of England, a prominent office design and development company had an urgent request from a key existing clients to expand their current 200 seat call centre operation to meet customer growth. This expansion involved opening up a new wing to the existing building and supplying an additional 88 agents with all the associated call centre requirements, from seating and desks through to a full IT support infrastructure that would be seamlessly integrated into the present network.

The project had demanding time scales from the communications aspect, which had to be implemented over the busy weekend of the recent royal wedding and be a fully operational call centre for the operators to use by 8am on Tuesday morning.

Our client called upon FOC to design, project manage and deliver a fully working IT infrastructure solution within the deadline.

FOC working as part of the office design team installed and delivered an additional 88 seat, Cat6 infrastructure, fully integrated into the existing call centre IT topology with all operator positions fully available, tested and certified. By understanding the clients project fully and preparing a full project plan prior to the implementation, our team of installers where able to install the whole solution on time, within budget and with the minimum of disruption, which the client really appreciated.
